Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Puzzle Rivals account and its data at any time. Requests are honoured within 30 days.

How to request deletion

1. From inside the app (preferred): open Settings → Send feedback and write "delete my account". The request arrives attached to your account, so we can find it reliably — accounts are anonymous and display names aren't unique.
2. By email: write to ivansesum@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Puzzle Rivals account". Include your display name and, if you linked an email in the app, send the request from that address so we can locate your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account, display name, and any linked email address.
• Your gameplay data: match history, daily runs, streaks, coins, cosmetics, friends, and referral records.

What may remain

• Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer be connected to you.
• Crash reports and server logs, which expire on their providers' standard retention schedules.

Deletion is permanent — progress, coins and cosmetics cannot be restored. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what the game collects.
